César (Seh-SARR)

César was born in small-town Powell, Wyoming and was raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. They currently reside in East Harlem NYC. Outside of their role as a therapist, César is an avid lover of video games, anime, sci-fi novels, and snuggling up with their fur babies, Xochi and Maru. They have a love for the cold (yes, winter time is a joy!), attending spin classes with friends, and admiring the beautiful mountains of Denver, CO when visiting their family.

César’s lived experiences in rural and urban environments are a cornerstone for their passion for mental wellness and BIPOC LGBTQ+ communities. Their identity as a queer trans-femme Mexican American has influenced their spiritual practice with ancestral healing, tarot/divination, and dream work.
